I need to add one more email to my event list, and there is not an easy way to resent my email invitation to one more person. The copy email process is laborious and prone to error.

If you would like to resend an event invitation to a single person, the easiest way to do so is with a quicksend, provided that it was one of the last 20 emails sent. You can find an article showing how to quicksend an email here. I hope this is helpful!
