Hello, I am a long-time CC partner but need some information for a new client I am working with.
The client is a large financial publisher with a good reputation. They are using the same disclaimer at the top and bottom of their emails. They would like to change the top disclaimer.
Thoughts on wording? The company has an iconic name and I thought the disclaimer could be from the owner himself. However, we need to be super careful that it is not an endorsement of the product since it's financial marketing.
