Hello, everyone!
Our DetailXPerts newsletter subscribers fall into one of two major categories - customers (detailing service users) or franchise prospects. While we've found that creating engaging newsletters for customers is a bit easier, we do wish to see some growth in the engagement we get from franchise prospects. Therefore, we'd appreciate any ideas and best practices that you can share from a franchisor's perspective.
