Hello! My name is Jodi Lloyd and I have just created an account today for our church. I am so excited to be able to connect with people in a more efficient way, especially during this time when people are not all together in one location. We are hosting so many events (mostly virtual) and Constant Contact will be key in the success of those events.

I'm Arnita Brown-Lewis, I am owner of Nita Nae's Books. I'm an Author and a new blogger. I join CC a month ago and it's been a great help in giving me ideas to attract more readers/subscribers, but it's a slow process. I've been using the email and social media postings.
I was creating an ad campaign for Facebook, but I'm having trouble with the imaging section. My image is the required ratio and sizing, but it's not accepting the image and I can't finish without an image. It's been a little frustrating.

We saw you posted elsewhere with a similar question and we've inquired there. But just to be safe, are you receiving any error messages when you attempt to upload? Is it saying the file size is too large?
I am creating an Ad through Facebook. All the check marks are green, except for Design your Lead Ad.

Hello! I recently took over Constant Contact responsibilities for our non-profit and have been discovering all the resources that are available here, including this forum. Our organization has been using Constant Contact for several years, and we are pleased with the ease of use and the insights into how our emails have reached our audience. As an author and speaker, I use Constant Contact for workday emails called "Coaches Corner", "Workday Wake-up", and various other themes.
Recently, I have been including updates on my kidney donation to a fellow businesswoman in the local Tampa Bay area, too.

Angela from DetailXPerts here. We've been using Constant Contact for many years now and we're pretty happy with its features and options. We mainly use it to send our email newsletters to 3,800+ subscribers. Some of them subscribe to get tips and discount coupons for our steam auto detailing services and others follow us for news and updates in the detailing industry. Still others sign up to receive our franchise newsletter, which goes out twice per month.
We're very happy to see our audience grow steadily thanks to Constant Contact's ideas, tips, and subscribing options - for example, we used the option to get subscribers via SMS by placing the number on the back of our business cards and we did, in fact, get a few!
