I'd love to archive my newsletters but don't want to annoy visitors with promotional offers that are no longer valid. Can I send an email, then create a slightly different version, w/o offer, as the version to archive?
How does one STOP using this CC service, if we find it's not an asset to our marketing?
As far as I know, you must archive the version you have sent. To end any service at CC, just contact them on their toll-free number.
Thanks for replying, DadB. If this is true, that only sent emails can be archived, does anyone have a workaround so we can delete time-sensitive information, promotions, coupons that are no longer applicable?
Thanks, CC RonC... I knew there would be a work around... never occurred to me to just send "the correct version" to myself! Guess I'll have to sign up for it now!
