I need advice. This list has not been sent a campaign since summer. The last campaign had a large number (13.8%) of bounces that were not managed and dealt with. Since it has been more than 90 days, I know that I can not get the list of those email addresses that bounced.
Now this customer wants to do an email campaign. If I send one out, I know that the bounce rate will be even higher and am worried that CC will be upset about this.
Does anybody have any experience dealing with situation like this.
This customer of mine (I am reseller) was always very good about dealing with their bounce management on a timely basis and sending out regular emails until this lull since summer.
