Contacts - Mass tag creation, want to create tags through import

Please provide a solution to bulk create Tags by uploading a CSV.

I'm migrating from another email provider and have 100+ tags for my contacts. I just found out today there is no option to bulk create Tags in the Constant Contact system. So, the only option is for me to MANUALLY create 100+ tags before I can upload my contacts into the system.

This is incredibly frustrating and should be a simple solution! I can't be the only customer that has hundreds of tags to migrate into the system. If Constant Contact allows up to 500 tags, obviously there is acknowledgement that people are using many Tags to help manage their lists and segments.
