Segments: Ability to view contact lists or tags in alphabetical order while creating segments.

Hi,

I've been using constant contact for years and am a very happy customer until this morning when I realized the website has been updated and am having difficulties creating a segment.

For example: When I create a segment- I target contacts on my lists, when the dropdown comes up to select which lists I'd like to target they are NOT in alphabetical order! This makes things very hard and time-consuming considering I have over 200 lists & 400 tags that I will need to choose from.

The previous version was fantastic and was always in alphabetical order on the dropdown to select any lists/tags. This is ESSENTIAL to my business and I don't believe I will be able to use contact contact any longer if this feature can't be improved to what it once was. I hope this can be fixed.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team, and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request, but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

Thank you for your response. I don't see this not being resolved as it would essentially mean moving backward instead of making the platform more user-friendly which is usually the case with any updates. Alphabetical order is essential for anything especially related to business automation and hope this is just a glitch that will be improved.

Thanks for the update and fixes on building segments.

A couple of "feature" requests:

• Should be able to name the segment before the build (as it was before.)
• When listing tags for segmentation criteria PLEASE alphabetize the tags. We have 70 tags that were meticulously created so they can be easily located alphabetically in the tag list. The random tag presentation makes it extremely difficult to locate the proper tags.
• Should be able EXCLUDE a previous send when building a segment. If we build a complex segment as a target for a send, then often we want to exclude that same segment for the next message. OR at the deployment stage, allow a segment to be excluded from a list.
• There used to be an English language explanation of the segment when the results were being displayed. This was very helpful (even when the segment wasn't being built properly) so we see that the logic being applied to the segmentation is what we anticipated (or not.)
• Seems when adding a criteria set to a Segment build, the only option is AND. Would be nice if OR was an option as well.

Hello, When creating new segments, the list membership portion is not in any type of order. It would be very helpful and much less time consuming to have it be in some type of order, such as alphabetical or newest created.
