Product Updates: March and April 2019 [Discussion]

We've planted a few new updates into our product over the past two months. We already posted about our brand new Facebook and Instagram ad feature but we have so much more to share with you. See our full product updates for March and for April. Here are a few of our favorites:

 

  • Branded Template Redesign - We understand how important branding is. That's why our improved Branded Template Builder quickly pulls in your logo, colors and makes it easier to send out an email that matches your website. 

 

  • "And" Option for Contact Details in Segments - Choices are nice, but you're not always looking for one when creating a segment. You can now select the "and" option when selecting the criteria for a segment and further pin down the types of contacts you want to engage with.

 

  • Google Fonts - We've expanded the available web fonts in our third-generation editor to include some really cool fonts. Keep in mind that although these are considered web-safe, there may be some email clients that do not support them and another font will be substituted.

I am frustrated at the moment. I cannot use my email utility to send to my contacts, getting a review accounts screen and you support had me on hold for over 30 minutes. I cannot run a business and wait for support that long. Your chat option cannot be utilized for this "review" purpose. You are costing me money here,,,,,

Hi @NancyS18924  I apologize for the wait time you have experienced! With that said, for your account security our Account Review specialists are who assists with this. We would be unable to do so here in the Community. I can however see you were able to connect with our Support and this review has been lifted.

I wish that Constant Contact would add a "Spell Check" function in the next update.   It would be a great time saver.

Thank you for that feedback! We completely understand why a spell check feature would be useful and I would love to put in your feedback on this for our engineers to review. You will also find that certain browsers do have a spell check feature and they work with Constant Contact. Thank you!
