Welcome to the December 2017 Release Notes! You’ll find the major highlights from our release in December listed below and you can find a list of other smaller updates, template updates and fixes here.

Changes & Updates:

  • New reporting for clicks on your A/B Testing Campaigns. You can view reports for Subject Line A, B or the Winner. For more information on A/B Testing, take a look here and for more information on reporting, we have this article

  • If you are in our Email Plus package, you can now set limits on how many times someone sees your pop-up form. This is under Settings > Timing > Frequency. Find out more here

  • Recurring Donations!  You can now choose to turn on the option for your audience to set up recurring donations. A couple of quick things to note: you will receive reporting showing the total number of donors and the donation amount, and your donors will receive a reminder email about their donation 10 days before they are to be billed, which will allow them to manage all future donations.   • The Help Panel got a face-lift. If you click on Contact Us, you can now see the various ways to contact us - Call, Chat, Community, and Twitter. Keep in mind you can always visit our Help Center for this information, too!  

You Asked, We Delivered:

  • We fixed an issue where you could not copy and rename your autoresponder campaigns if they were active.
  • Finding out how to print your email campaigns was not easy, so we made a change for the better. Now, under the Actions menu, you have a Print option, which will allow you to download and print out your email campaign in a few different formats (PDF or image). More details available here

Coming Soon:

  • Social Share bar for 3GE!

  • The ability to add notes to the marketing calendar.

  • Convert any email to an A/B Subject Line Test campaign.

  • Adding images to your Pop-up Forms.

In an effort to give our customers more information about our regular releases, we are adding a PDF link with additional details. This PDF will show you some of the more technical details around our release and some of the smaller, but still impactful, items. We have also moved template updates to the PDF list.
