I separated your post from the introduction thread, because it didn't quite fit. I reviewed your account and I see that you received an email yesterday from a support agent you worked with. Is that the email you are referring to? It provided resources, including a reference to our "Ask a Trainer" sessions. An appointment isn't required for Ask a Trainer, you just have to pop in during operating hours.
Are you specifically looking for help creating your social media pages (i.e. on Facebook, Instagram, etc.) or are you looking for help connecting your existing social media pages with your Constant Contact account?
