Best practices for including links in your campaigns

ALL OF A SUDDEN MY LINK DOESN'T WORK FOR MY EVENT....it will not complete the sale of the ticket

We will need more information to assist you with this. As it is account sensitive, please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following information:

 

1) Account username

2) Name of the campaign you're referring to

3) The link that isn't working

4) Any error messages you're receiving when it does not complete the sale of the ticket

 

Once we have this information, we'll investigate further and try to see what is going on. Thank you!
