Has anyone experienced a situation where their campaign was sent out earlier than the set schedule for some reason?

Did you schedule the email, then unschedule it to make edits, and accidentally set it to send right away after making the edits? There are multiple users on the account, did someone else with access to the account make changes to the email's schedule date/time? Is your account's time zone set to your current time zone?
