Can customers with specific tags from Shopify be moved to constant contacts in a specific list ?

We are trying to connect customers subscribed with a specific tags to be able to auto move to constant contact specific custom lists. Not able to find a specific solution that can do the job for us. Is there a way where constant contacts can pickup customers with a specific tag to get assigned to specific lists in constant contacts?

Our Shopify integration is setup to specifically import contacts based on their opting in and activity on your Shopify site. There isn't currently a way to manually add other import types or filters, so I'd advise exporting the specific tags from Shopify and importing them into your Constant Contact account as either tags or list names.

Our Shopify integration is setup to specifically import contacts based on their opting in and activity on your Shopify site. There isn't currently a way to manually add other import types or filters, so I'd advise exporting the specific tags from Shopify and importing them into your Constant Contact account as either tags or list names.

Is it possibly to automate the list/segments syncing from Shopify to Constant Contact?  So we could set it and forget it....

Hi @jti. Shopify lists and segments are synced daily so you will not need to manually do the sync on your end.

@Caitlin_M Thank you so much for the speedy reply.  I have set this up and apparently it is not syncing daily from Shopify into my specific Contstant Contact list.  Any pointers or assistance would be greatly appreciated.  And is there a way to exclude specific list from Shopify when manually or automatically syncing was everything is functioning as planned?

Hi @jti. I recommend contacting our specialized integrations team by phone for assistance with the Shopify sync not functioning. We're not able to fully assist with the integration through the Community.
