Change "From" Email Address

I added another email address to my account which has been authenticated, however when I create a new email campaign, it won't let me change the "from" email address.  I can only change the "reply to" email.  Does it matter that it's not the same  domain name as my original email address?  I also tried changing the website and email address in my account profile, but it still won't let me change the from email.

Please help!

Hello @EllenS41 ,

A verified email address with a domain that doesn't match the one self-authenticated on the account will not be available for sending from. It can only be used for reply-to and account emails.
