Constant Contact screen latency or stops altogether

I notice that after a few minutes of no key strokes, the menu options like copy/ paste or editing a web page link, etc. stop working. Is this a timeout security thing?

Hi @Passport. This wouldn't be anything related to timeouts or account security. It sounds like it could be more of a browser issue. Have you left your browser open for a long period of time? Does this occur in multiple browsers or in an incognito/private window?

This is happening to me now too.  Whenever I try to select a dropdown menu item, the latency is close to 15 seconds or so.  It's like i'm on dial-up.
