I want to change my billing and account email to and get rid of the so if you can assist me with this as I tried myself and it's just grayed out. Thank you.

Hi @SusanD7298. Account email addresses are changed through two areas of your Account Settings. We cannot make the changes for you. Please review the following articles:

 

Change your billing contact details and email address
Update your account contact email address
 

Please note that I removed the email addresses in your post since they are considered personal information
