Hello! I am reaching out to see if anyone else if having any similar problems? The follow message pops up in RED when our employers open the emails right after being sent? "This email was reported as malicious by your co-workers, please handle this email with great care! Links and attachments appear in this email are probably not safe and might compromise your computer. The Security team is now aware and is investigating this incident. Please check back on this email when the issue is resolved." This has been happening for weeks to months now and we are starting to get very frustrated as no one has been able to help. :frown: Any ideas?

Hello! I am reaching out to see if anyone would know why our emails are being reported as, "Malicious" or "Suspicious"? This has been going on for weeks now!Screen Shot 2023-07-06 at 3.10.10 PM.png

Hello @PhilipM3 ,

If this message is showing on your side upon the email being received, it is a security element that you may need to work with your IT to address. As it stands, your account currently isn't setup for self-authentication, which is likely the biggest aspect that needs to be addressed.

Beyond self-authenticating, it may also help to make sure the email addresses you're using for sending, as well as our domains, are safelisted in the network's security:

Will,

We are set up through self authentication. We did go ahead and do this in April which is when all of this was happening and still is. What else can we do?

Then I'd advise checking your self-auth setup with your IT, to confirm the cname is properly established. Otherwise, please see the safelisting articles mentioned in my prior comment, or reach out to our Delivery team for further insight.
