I have tried Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge to log into my Constant Contact account and load any of my events to review how many people have signed up. I am getting an error message in a red bar that reads "Something went wrong, please refresh and try again." I have tried disabling all browser extensions, going into "incognito mode" and clearing all cache/history. Nothing is working. Has anyone seen this issue and had any success in getting past it? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer; its a really frustrating issue to continue having. Best.
Hi @Patty_Lampert. I'm unable to see this error when accessing recent events in your account. If you are able to, could you try to access your events using a different network or device so we can further troubleshoot and see why you're seeing this messaging?
