Can you send a survey to emails associated to one person in the same email. We want to include all emails associated to one person. Can we do that without risking duplication?

Hello @user408578 ,

Survey page links sent in emails will be coded to the unique contacts (i.e. the unique email addresses) being sent to. If a contact clicks that link, their response will be tracked. If you have a person with multiple unique email addresses (contacts) in your account, and they click and complete the survey on more than one email address, then those will be considered separate, unqiue entries.

If you send a survey page in an email, and share it on an external platform (e.g. social media), and the contact chooses to complete the survey via that external link, rather than the emailed version, then they'd be an anonymous submission.

Since email addresses are what denote unique contacts, the system isn't going to recognize that one person has multiple contacts in your account, it'll just recognize a unique email address apart from another unique email address.

Does this mean that you would need to send to email address(contact) separately? There is no way to cc so that it is one unique email that is sent to a recipient?

CC'ing contacts isn't available for this mass-emailing system, as it is not currently compatible with the basic anti-spam and other compliance elements we need to adhere to.
