Using the Check for Errors tool

unfortunately the check for errors tool doesn't work!

Hello @CathyS187 ,

 

Can you please provide additional info on what isn't working? Is there a specific element that seems to be getting missed when it checks? Or are you receiving a specific error message when using it?

Hi.  I did all the work on a copy of the email, to update it.  Tried to save it and continue and check the errors.  Nothing worked.  It said it couldn't save.

strange....i just went back to CC and my mail and it actually did save.
