Constant Contact should offer the ability to remove addresses which bounce. I shouldn't find out that I've been sending emails to someone who died 8 years ago!!! Sure, you take a higher annual fee for a higher number of recipients, but if you have the ability to remove bouncers, it seems immoral not to offer it to your customers.
