Cannot see "opens" from mobile devices

Love, love, love Constant Contact. We are a non-profit lineage / ancestry society that uses CC for newsletters, meeting notices, and other communications with our membership. With regard to meeting notices, it is REALLY important if I can see who has NOT opened the emails. If they use their mobile device, I cannot know if they got my information or not. Can you work on that> I have the mobile template, but need the ability to know who has or has not seen the email. Thanks!
