Every time I go to my reporting page, I get the expanded Stats and Trend Overview, even though I collapsed it just a few minutes ago. This is HIGHLY ANNOYING. Don't make me do extra clicks or extra scrolling, please.
Hi there, thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. I just tested this in my account, and when I collapsed both of those top sections they remained collapsed the next time I visited my account. It looks like this preference is saved as a browser cookie. So it's possible that it won't be saved if you're frequently using your account with different browsers, different computers, or if you are clearing your browser cookies often. It's also worth noting that cookies expire after a certain amount of time, so if you have long periods of time between account visits it might look like the preference isn't saved. Do any of those sound like it could be what's happening? If not, would you be willing to share which browser and version you normally use for logging into your Constant Contact account and I'll do some further testing?
