Customer service is AWESOME! Your product however, not so much. We have many events throughout the year and I have very very limited ways to manipulate my reporting. You have options within reporting for export, but they aren't available in the report?!?! Does that make sense? Sorting through my campaigns is STILL impossible. Thanks

What additional information are you looking for in the event reporting?  Also-- where are you having trouble sortying through your campaigns?  I would like to understand your feedback better so I can pass it along!
