Some customers are experiencing errors when navigating in their account and are not able to access contacts. We are working on resolving this as quickly as possible.


Very disappinted to see that the Reporting feature of being able to see at any given point in a month where your list growth and unsubsribes went. This feels like a huge step backward to me. A company isn't just focused on one campaign but being able to look at development of list over a period of time. Especially when we use other software and have new contacts integrated into our CC lists. Hope that you add that reporting feature back in and put more focus on reporting, as without anlayzing data we can't improve.
