Select all button is gone

When viewing the bounced email addresses for a certain campaign, there used to be a "Select All" button... it's now gone. Bring it back, please!

Apparently not hard enough...this has been 26 days and still no resolution?  You had a major down period last night and was looking for this obvious error to be corrected this morning.  Still not?  Why is that?  Should be an easy fix.
