Hi, I would suggest a custom option under the reporting tab. For example, if I send multiple emails regarding the same topic, I would want to be able to select those specific emails and see the email data as a whole. Or in my situation I am emailing for two companies. This way I can choose all emails from one company and see that data as a whole as well, aside from the other company. Thanks! ... View more

Sometimes its hard to tell QUICKLY where your most clicks were coming from when you use the document link - because the link doesn't necessarily say what it is, you have to click on every single link. One of your competitors, **Removed By Moderator** has a analytics view where it actually shows the visual of the email and then over the links it shows the % they were downloaded, so you can easily get a quick snapshot of the most clicked links. When I look at the report which list users who clicked on links in an email, I can only see "Name, Email, Date/Time" It would be very helpful to have a column for tags. That way I could see what type of users (e.g. current client, prospect, etc.) are clicking on what parts of the email. It would greatly help with followup. Thanks ... View more
