Our Blog team had this article kickin' around about ideas for better abandoned cart emails and I thought it would be good to share!
In particular, I like #6: Make them visualize. Find ways to let the email highlight how purchasing the items would improve the circumstances they were considering them for. It still leaves the onus on the prospective customer, but might help remind them why they sought these items in the first place.
What idea do you like best and have you tried any of them?
