Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I just checked in your account and it looks like you aren't set up to have automation during your first 30 days of being a customer. No worries though, I went ahead and had your automation scheduled to turn on sooner. You should be able to activate your Welcome Email Monday or Tuesday. You will get an email once it has been successfully turned on! No need to upgrade yet. Thanks!
