I have a campaign going and so far not much is happening. I have it on my Facebook page. Do I need to restart it or does it run until I stop it? Not to sure what I am doing as I am new to this. Any input, recommendations or advice how to maybe see something come of it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Social posts don't really start or stop like an ad would. Using the Social Inbox is very similar to posting directly to your fb page with the added benefit of creating those posts without leaving Constant Contact, and easily sharing your email and landing page campaigns. Check out this article to learn more: Using social media with Constant Contact. I recommend giving our Support team a call 866-289-2101 to discuss your goals and get advice and walkthroughs while you are learning to use your Constant Contact account.
