It occurred to me I should introduce a discussion to management and others, a segment of the Constant Contact customer base that is retired from active business but still in need/desire to communicate with lifelong clientele....such as myself. My clientele also desires to hear from me, the business owner after such personal and excellent Constant Contact community-building history. I have been left hanging by CCt as I no longer have product to sell and it is difficult to get ROI on the CCt fee structure. Consequently, years have gone by with no visibility. I do have interesting ongoing projects that would interest my audience. I enjoy the excellence of CCt quality, so have resisted going to their competition. I do not feel other social media platforms accomplish the same thing I am used to. It might be a generational thing, but, alas....that is why I represent a market segment of "Retired Successful Business Owner in need of lower fee options." Older age segments have differing needs! Any other retirees solving this problem creatively? Thank you!
