Email a T-Shirt Order Form

Occasional Participant

Hi Folks:

I know there must be a way to do this. I need to send our investors an order form they can use to get a free t-shirt with our company logo. We have about 2,000 (crowdfunded) investors so I can't just put an order form on the web (besides, folks will complain I am making them go to a website to do this).

Does CC have the capability of creating such a form and then dumping it to a list with custom fields (name, address, t-shirt size)

Hi @DeborahB182

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, we would be happy to help point you in the right direction! The good news is users do have the option of adding a poll block into an email campaign. This is a simple way for you to create questions and gather the responses of your contacts directly in your email.
