I have an email blast where I'm talking about upcoming technology changes, and moving from one server to another. I mention server names several times - with the .org after the domain names so we can keep everyone on the same page. I've clicked on all the links that I want to appear as just plain text, and removed the link. The links keep coming across in the test email. I've also gone in and changed the color of all links to the same as the rest of the paragraph they're in, as well as making sure that the links aren't underlined. They'd still be links that way, but no one would know it and click on any of it. Same result. I've contacted tech support via chat and they weren't able to help. Anyone have any suggestions???
Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Most devices and inboxes will automatically link text that looks like it is in a web address format. The best way to prevent this from happening will be to either add a link yourself to make sure your readers are going to the correct page, or remove the .org from the text so it doesn't auto link.
