We are looking to run a survey offering a healthy discount for every survey completed, but only if it is completed.

 

Is there a way to send an automatic discount code once a survey has been completed to individual contacts?

Hi @BrigetteB8 , 

 

We do not have an automation trigger for survey completions at this time, but you can add your survey completions to a list. From there, you can either schedule an email with a discount to that list, or you can set up an automation that triggers every time a contact is added to a list.
