Not capturing newsletter sign ups

CC in not capturing all my email sign ups information.  Several times I received notification of a sign up, including name and email, but this is not reflected on my CC list or on my Contact form plug-in on Wordpress.  I saved 1 email to add by hand but can't find the other subscriber email.
