I am thinking of signing up for Constant Contact to use as an email tool to communicate to my 100 club members. Its primary purpose is for a weekly newsletter, not as a marketing tool.
Once I upload my contacts, do my members have to accept or signup to any type of agreement to accept the email from me? Just want to know if this will be considered "bulk" mail and if there are any special things we need to do. Thank you.
