We are a made in USA jewelry manufacturer. I have used Constant Contacts for years. We have a mailing list of over 2500 accounts we accumulated through trade shows, trade publication ads<, etc. Our problem seems to be we get a 10-14% view but 0% clicks. In order to test the accounts, we have scheduled an as going out Monday morning with the lead of FREE Diamond-Like Cubic Zirconia Earrings. If we do not accumulate clicks on this ad I do not know what to do next. I am looking for suggestions.

Thank you

Hello @MarcK930 ,

After reviewing your past five campaign sent out, not one of them had a clickable link within it. There for you are seeing a zero percent click rate because they haven’t had anything to click on within those campaigns. I would suggest providing a link in the form of a call-to-action button. That link can direct them back to the home page of your website or even a specific product page on the site if you prefer.

I have attached a knowledge base article here that highlights the steps to include a hyperlink within your future emails.
