Any "quick fix" to reinstate suspended contacts? Especially good addresses bouncing due to inactivity as per Covid-19 lock-downs?

Hello @RabbiNaftaliH.G ,

You can unsuspend a unique contact in your account up to one time, through an email's reporting for suspended bounces. As a follow-up, I'd recommend doing a Quicksend of the last email they were supposed to receive. If we receive a report from their domain / ISP about them being 'non-existent' again, then they'll likely be put back into suspension. You can check this by going to the contact's engagement history right after doing the Quicksend. If a contact continues to bounce as non-existent / suspended after that, it's generally best to simply get rid of them.

You can also reply to the @ mention email you automatically receive from my thread response, or call our general support, with contacts you're needing unsuspended listed in the body. If the number of contacts you're trying to get unsuspended at once is more than 15, you'll need to call our Delivery team. They'll be able to mass unsuspend quicker, and also want to investigate why so many allegedly viable contacts are bouncing as non-existent enough from their ISPs to cause our system to suspend them.
