resend to non-openers

Hi,

I want to resend a campaign to non-openers, but I'd like to edit something in it first.  Is this possible?

Hi @CaronE. It depends what you are looking to edit. If you want to change your subject line, you can change this on the scheduling page for the email after selecting the Resend to Non-Openers option, given the original email was not sent already.

If the email was already sent, you will need to add the non-openers to a list. Then, copy the email and make your edits. From there, you can send the email to the non-openers list you created earlier. If you want to keep your lists clean and organized, you can then delete the list once the email has been sent, making sure to only select "Delete the list" not "Delete the list and contacts".
