Since the last update on Constant Contact, we see an error message when trying to schedule a Facebook post. The error message says "Uh Oh! There was an error scheduling the posts. Please try again." This happens on at least two of our office accounts. The posts actually go through, but the error message happens every time for some reason. Not a big deal, just slightly annoying
Hi @JulieA5 thank you for sharing this feedback with us! This experience is one we are continuing to troubleshoot. What Facebook account is causing the error? Having the Facebook account URL along with your email campaign name are both helpful details to have. In the meantime, if you receive this error message and the post does not go through we would suggest copying your campaigns shareable URL and manually sharing it on the affected Facebook page.
