Twitter changed calcuation for the lenght (140 char) for a tweet many months ago. Your tool is off at least 20 characters. Please fix. Again this change was made many months ago

Hi, Is there way to Social Share an email with a custom greeting without it saying "Dear Rebecca" in the email? It should revert to the secondary greeting option so it's not personalized for the mass audience. Thanks, Rebecca
