Hi, I have a live automation and a pop-up form I have created. How would I connect the two so that when someone signs up on the form, the automation begins.    How do I make the trigger act as the pop-up form sign up if that makes sense?   The automation path is pretty simple:   Also, where would the people that sign-up (contacts) populate for me?   Thank you! We have two lists that are associated with a subscription that clients pay for, and the TOS states that they must be able to receive those emails in order to use the service. They are how some of the services are actually delivered. Is there a way to prevent users from opting out of these lists in the Update Profile form?

Is it possible to enter contacts that do not have an email address?

Good day,   I have a list that contains more than one email for people in the list. I uploaded the list into CC and both emails appeared. When I sent the email it seems that only one group got it and not the other.    My question is, how do I ensure that everyone on the list receives the email?   Thank you, Marie

I can't upload new contacts into my Lists / General Interest list because it isn't letting me. See error below.  I tried uploading from a file, and manually entering it and neither work.   HELP!!!
