Those tools are much more manual and painful with this vendor. You can expect to have references to competition removed from your posts here. P. S. . Changes take years here and they'd only mess up something like that anyway.

Your speed observations have been shared by many others since the "New Experience"
The start up page loads quite a few components from a few different servers and can cause latency issues when one of them lags.
Only CTCT can fix this by tweaking the integration.

You need to have all those flyouts on the left OPEN by default. Do that and more than half of the people that can't find things will stop asking where the stuff went.
Once your community complains about how hard it is to find things your team does nothing to try and make it better.

Looks like Customer Support is shut down for the weekend.
Interesting question.
Not sure how often that data is refreshed.
You can add yourself to the campaign you sent, and resend it to yourself.
Then click on a link and refresh the report and continue to do that until you can figure out the frequency.
I doubt you'll get an answer on this from the forum mods too quickly.

The "new user experience".
It seems it certainly wasn't designed by anyone who used the site. The reporting function took one across the bow for sure.
They have been taking a beating on it, but remain quiet on acknowledging the unhappy user community.
The usual "we'll pass it on" ..... to the folks who messed it up in the first place.

You can boost posts directly on Facebook and don't really need a third party at all.
In fact from our first hand experience the indigenous posts get better penetration then the third party ones do.

Is there any reason to display this at the top of your reporting page?
Those big boxes say no data available. SO DON"T SHOW IT UNTIL YOU HAVE DATA. It contains no useful information and takes up 75% of the screen AND there is no way to minimize it.
You guys really need to shake up your User Interface team because they JUST DON"T SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE how to make ancillary information like this subordinate to the important information and function of your reporting page. Who would design that not to include a collapse option.
