With the introduction of our cross-device editor, tables can be added to a campaign.   When viewed on a mobile device, your table won’t resize to fit the screen. If your table is wider than the screen, contacts will need to scroll horizontally to see the full table. We can't guarantee a commitment to include more frames in the image editor but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.   Image editing can be done with third-party programs in the meantime. ... Hi folks - I appreciate all of the feedback around this idea over the years. We're updating the status of this to more accurately reflect where issues are in our pipeline. This particular idea has some technical limitations that prevent us from implementing it as people would like to see.   Generally speaking, email is unable to be recalled once it is sent. Email servers allow new mail to be received, but only the user or designated admin will have the ability to remove or replace mail once it is delivered to the recipient. One exception to this that people may be familiar with, would be some Outlook users who are on an Exchange type server in their workplace. These can be set up so that internal users can recall an unopened message sent to other internal users. This can only work if the emails are a part of the same organization or company.     I've seen Gmail mentioned here as well. Gmail also doesn't have a recall feature, as I know it. They do offer an undo send feature, but it really just adds a time buffer before sending the email which will allow you to cancel before it goes out. Once it's sent, it's sent. This can be done in Constant Contact by scheduling the email for a later time. Before it's sent, you will have the ability to unschedule and return it to a draft status to make any further edits. ... I wanted to share that you CAN adjust the font sizes by 1 pt at a time if you use one of their new templates. Apparently, I had been using an old template, and just copying it each month and adding/updating the content to send out, so the font sizes were limited.   I contacted Customer Support and they told me that if I used one of the newer templates, I would be able to adjust the font to any size (and they were right!). You also have some other editing options available with the newer templates. It was not obvious to me what the newer templates are, but they had me search for 'cross-device editor' and many popped up. I would recommend choosing one and then checking the font sizing options before customizing it at all. It was a pain to copy my old formatting over to the new template, but once it was done, it allowed for so much more flexibility with the font sizing. Hope this helps! ... View more

How making segments usable in the Automated Email series that aren't tied to Shopify... We need more ways to filter and segment for automation. For example I can only trigger off a campaign when someone is first added to a list, why not when they are first added to a segment which then I could just upload my customer file and my segments that split it up based on criteria within the file could be triggered into campaigns. Or how about being able to have more than just a wait x days/hours/weeks capability and have some filtering capabilities there like wait 2 days if they open the email go down this path, if they don't open send them this other email I don't want to resend something they didn't open the first time let me test a subject line. Also why can't you edit the cadence of a campaign after you activate it, so I just started one and I want my Day 12 email to go out on Day 10 instead... or how about being able to trigger the next email in the series based on the actions they took from the prior email like they opened the prior email wait 4 days from then to send the next one. Sometimes someone might open an email on day 3 and then my day 4 email goes out and they'll be annoyed.   ... View more

Hello everyone,    As some of you may have not seen my previous post, I want to thank you for your feedback and especially your patience with us regarding the new image editor. As our old editor was retired by Adobe without warning, we had to quickly adapt and bring on a new tool for you to use. As we've been working out bugs with that editor, your feedback has been instrumental with getting this feature added. I am happy to let you know that we've just released two new frames into the image editor! As of today, you now have the option of choosing from 7 frames including a simple white or black frame.
