Due to the lack of HTML code access, indenting a paragraph is not an available feature at this time. I will definitely submit your feedback to our developers on this feature request. @MichaelM005 Thank you for reaching out to the Community. That is a great question! While it is okay to occasionally copy a previous email and re-send, I would suggest getting set up with a Master Copy template. You can find a video tutorial by clicking here. Having a Master Copy prevents the HTML code from getting corrupted. This can sometimes happen if a sent email is copied from too many times. @Motes_Orchids Thank you for reaching out to the Community. That is a great question! I would suggest doing an export of your active contacts to a spreadsheet, and this will show you the contacts that are not currently on a list. You will want to remove all other contacts from the spreadsheet, so you are left with the remaining contacts that are not currently on a list. Then you can save your file, and re-import those contacts to a new list to ensure they are separated. Once the contacts are on their own list, you can delete them from your account. @UKIDA_ We do have different pricing options you can choose from. If you would like to use surveys on an individual basis, that costs $50 per use. However, we do offer the Email Plus plan, and you get many more benefits when you upgrade. Since you have never created a survey before within your account, I have provided you a one time free use of our survey product! That way you can decide if you like it and it's right for you. We are having a special for $79. It is placed in your account, and you can reuse it for each send. The layout is completely set up, and you just have to fill in your content! To double check this issue, you can create your own list and do a live send of your email to yourself on that particular email client. Then you can be certain if the footer will or will not be cut off. Our technical team is currently verifying this issue. I will add you to the list to be notified when this issue has been resolved. Once you have created your custom field, you will then be able to add it to your Sign-Up Form in the Contact Fields section. Unfortunately our system does not currently have a feature where you can link to an outside source on the Sign-Up Form. I will certainly submit your feedback to our developers. I also have great news, there is no charge for this! Any of your past emails that have been sent or are currently in drafts will remain in the original editor. You will need to start a new template by clicking your Create button, and choosing Email and selecting a template. @First-NameL01430 Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I do apologize your email campaign resulted in a sending error. I took a look at your account, and was able to schedule out an email to the verified email address on file. Did you recently verify your email address? If you tried to send an email campaign prior to verifying your email address, it will not allow your email to be sent. It's also possible the system didn't recognize the physical address you have on your account. You will need to update that to an actual physical address before sending to your contacts. You can click here for information on updating your settings. Instead of scheduling emails out as tests, we do have an actual test version you can send out instead. @KristiM5 Thank you for reaching out to the Community. That is a great question! I'm sorry to hear your video thumbnail is not populating as it should be, but I do have a work around for you. Instead of copying the full URL at the top of the page, click where it says Share at the bottom right corner below your video, and copy the short URL link. Usually when you add that to your email, the thumbnail will generate for you. If that does not work for you, please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the email campaign name, the Youtube video URL, and a reference to this post and I would be happy to take a look into this!

@MegC92937 Thank you for reaching out to the Community. That is a great question! We do have an option within Events where you can enable tickets to keep track of who has attended your event. You can click here for information on enabling tickets. Once your Event is complete, you will be able to export a full report and view who has attended vs. registered. You will want to upload the contacts from the file to separate lists, and from there you will be able to send surveys or emails as needed. @TomK52 Thank you for reaching out to the Community. That is great question! An email address can get marked as Suspended after bouncing repeatedly as Non-existent. When that happens, the email address is put on a temporary hold for 15 days (suspended). During this time our system will not attempt to send any campaigns to this address from any account. If an account attempts to send to a Suspended address, it will be included in that campaign's Suspended bounce category. Emails can become suspended from any Constant Contact account sending email to it. So, even if you haven't sent to an address before, or if you've sent successfully to an address in the past; if the contact becomes Suspended in any Constant Contact account, it will become Suspended on your account. You can find more information on Suspended bounces by clicking here. If you are experiencing valid email addresses continually bouncing as Suspended, I would recommend reaching out to our Deliverability department and they can investigate the issue further. @GoldieA Thank you for reaching out to the Community. That is a great question! You can export your contact's phone numbers by following these steps. In the Export Contact section, you will want to be sure to check mark Phone Number so the information is included on your exported file. Unfortunately we do not have texting service that sends your contacts email campaigns. We do however have a Text-to-Join feature. This allows your contacts to sign up by texting a key word to a number and they will be automatically added to your list!
