Hi @DebbieH31,   Our email campaigns have two types of coupons in them. The more recently added feature is our trackable coupon action block, which, as with all of our action blocks, does require Email Plus. This is similar to our standalone Coupon campaigns, which had also required Email Plus. If you are just trying to add a printable coupon to one of your campaigns, there is an option to do so under the layout blocks section, and does not require an upgrade. The icon for those blocks looks like this:   These blocks have always been included in Email Basic and will continue to be included. Hi @BrookingsRegionalHumaneSociety,   I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. Are you using our mobile app or are you logging into Constant Contact through the browser on your phone? The browser version of our site does not support mobile usage. Some customers have had a mixed degree of success but we can't guarantee that it will work. Because of this we recommend using our Mobile App when using Constant Contact on a mobile device. If you are using the mobile app, can you tell me what device you are using? Hi @ITSC0   There is not a way to change element that affect cost as the Event runner. Any refunds have to be processed through the payment provider that you used, Paypal or WePay. Hi @Andrea_Walker   We recognize that our event campaign feature has not received updates recently to keep it up to par with what is offered in our email campaigns. At this point we are only fixing critical bugs for our current event campaign feature. No new development will be done. We are pleased to have created a partnership with Eventbrite so that our customers can use the leading event management tool for small businesses, in conjunction with Constant Contact. We have developed a deep integration with Eventbrite so that you can easily add an event to an email, track registrations and send follow up emails. We encourage you to try out Eventbrite and give us your feedback. We do not have plans to retire our current event campaign product/feature in 2018, so if you prefer to use our system you can continue to do so without concern. Hi @TerriD483   I'm sorry to hear that. I certainly hope you are able to get everything squared away with WordPress. Fortunately, your Constant Contact account is currently still in trial. If you don't take any additional action, you won't be charged and your account will close automatically once your trial period ends.    If you do get things worked out and decide you want to activate your Constant Contact account, you'll still be able to do so for 90 days after the trial expires. However, we are working diligently with a third party partner to integrate some of the industry's best Survey tools deep into our product. Hi @MaasNursery   Thanks for the feedback. While you can not manually change the payment status for a registrant to refunded, you can cancel a customer who has been refunded outside of our system. I recognize that this isn't the same thing so I'm going to take this to our developers and open this post up for voting so other's that might be interested in this feature.  Hi @RhondaM0   When registration is closed for an event, it should show the event description and a message about the event registration being closed, along with a sidebar with the event details like date, time, and location. Contacts should not be able to register at all once the event has closed. If there's just confusion based on the event description, you can edit the event description at any time.   If you have an event in which registrants have been able to register after registration has been closed, I would suggest that you reach out to our support team so we can investigate this further. Hello @MicheleM73037,   I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by our team removing the EventSpot check-in app. It had not been updated in several years and was beginning to develop compatability issues, and the decision was made to invest resources in our new Eventbrite integration instead of Eventspot. If you would still like to scan tickets for a Constant Contact Event, you can do so with any QR Code Scanner. However, you will need to log in to Constant Contact to monitor final attendance.   I'm going to open this post up for others to vote on. Hi @PeterG53   I'm sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience that this may have caused. Our billing system automatically charges for the highest contact level that the account was at in the prior month. As such, while your bill would have gone up for this one month, it would have automatically adjusted itself for the following month. As you were able to find, our support team can reset that before your billing date as long as you haven't sent to a total number of unique contacts that would put you into a higher tier.   Thanks for the great feedback though! Hi @MicheleM73037,   We are not currently making an design changes to the event management tool. However, there are other options. You can use the Donations action block to create a distinct donation campaigns, and either use that email to send out your event invitations, or copy the link for the donation landing page into the event email. You may also want to consider trying our new integration with Eventbrite, which allows you to connect and Eventbrite account to Constant Contact.
