Hi @CourtneyH123,   @DerekR859 is correct. Your free trial only lasts for 60 days, during which you can send to 100 total contacts. So if you had previously sent to 60 contacts, you would only be able to send to 40 more without needing to activate your subscription. After the 60 days your account will be disable automatically unless you decide to activate a subscription. If you do decide to activate your account you will be able to send an unlimited number of email campaigns to a number of contacts dependent on your subscription level. Hi @MarkG157   Are you trying to have any bounced emails go directly back to your email address? Any bounce messages, such as out-of-office auto-replies will automatically return to the from address that the email is sent from, and there is not a way to change this, but if you want to receive these bounces immediately you can use your email as the from email, or use a second email just for sending Constant Contact emails and have any responses forward to your own email address. However, some bounces do not necessarily include an email response, so I would recommend that you check your account for bounces regularly.   If you have any questions or if there was something else you were trying to do instead, let me know by responding to this message.   Thanks! However, if you want to cancel your account it cannot be done over email due to the sensitive nature of some of the information we need to confirm when cancelling an account. Hello @HughH1   Thank you so much for your detailed and well thought out feedback. At this point we are only fixing critical bugs with our events system. No new development is currently being done. We are in the process of talking to vendors who specialize in Event Management tools. The goal is to integrate them deep into our product so you're able to use the industry's best Event management tools along with the best email marketing tools. Hi @TulsaPublicSchools   At this time, there is not a way to delete Multi-User Accounts. However, as long as these accounts are deactivated, they do not count against your total, and there is no way of the previous user being able to access your account through that username.
