For security reasons, we are unable to make any changes to the account setting without first verifying the account over the phone. If you would like assistance with updating the billing information on the account, you can find the contact information for our billing and support teams here: https://community.constantcontact.com/contact-support. Our support team can remove a payment method, such as a credit or debit card, from the account
If you are able to login to your account, you can also follow the steps listed here to update the payment method on the account. However, this will require a new card number or payment method to replace the original one. If you don't have access to the account or you don't have another payment method to replace it with, I recommend contacting our billing support team.
