I'm sorry you're not receiving your test e-mail. I took the liberty of looking at the 7 Secrets campaign and sent myself a test and it came right through to my inbox. I also see it was sent to one contact so far. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might reveal the whereabouts of the e-mail:
1) What e-mail client are you using (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.)?
2) Did you check the junk/spam folder?
3) If it's a Gmail address, make sure to check the Promotions tab as well. I sent a test to a Gmail address as well and it came to my Promotions tab.
4) If the e-mail address is a business address it's possible the security settings for the ISP (Internet Service Provider) are preventing outside e-mails from getting through.
The most likely reason the contact did not receive the Welcome Email after joining is currently if you have a Welcome Email and an Autoresponder set to the same list, when a contact is added to the list it will default to the Autoresponder e-mail and they will not receive the Welcome Email. If it is your desire that they receive both the Welcome Email and the Autoresponder concurrently I will make sure to pass this feedback along to our product teams.
A workaround in the mean time is to either A) Assign the Welcome Email to lists other than the lists the Autoresponder is attached to, or Make the Welcome Email the first e-mail in the Autoresponder queue and have the follow-up e-mail go out right after the "Welcome Email."
